The Best LPs have two guys, this is known.

So, in the interest of explaining my madness, I should elaborate on what occured after my last attempt at getting feedback. Basically, Sand and Rabe were inspired by my call for ideas, and pitched their own ideas seperately. You've already seen Rabes contribution, but Sand has a different approach. He'd like to help me with my second LP....By being the co-participant. Yes, the concept of a two-person LP is what's being waved around, which means a very different look at the options on the table.

Vincent Goes Trucking - Episode 1: How It Started

Hello everybody, BSRaven here. Much appreciative of the sciencey one letting me do this gig on his space, and for putting up with me being confusing a lot of the time. This is going to be fairly silly, so buckle up, bring your beer and pretzels, and enjoy. Also, language warning, the lead character is prone to profanity.

Introducing My Co-contributors

In a move that I've had in discussion for a while now, I'm adding two of my fellows as authors on the blog. The first is Sandwitches, my online GM and fellow mad shark plotter, who plans to work with me on my next LP. The other is BSRaven, another online pal from merry old england, who's been making Youtube videos for some time now, and would like the chance to work on the type of LP I do here, to the mutual benefit of the whole endeavour.

Give them a big hand, ladies and gentlemen, as we go to the next stage of.....whatever it is we're doing.

Options for a potential second LP

Are you satisfied with the continuing antics of one teen girl with few manners but many stealthy bullets? Well, perhaps you're not, and you'd like to see something different on the channel, either as a followup once New Vegas is finished, or running alongside? Well, if you are, then this might be the thread for you. Here, you can suggest more possibilities for me to play unprofessionally, for your amusement.

Let's Play Fallout New Vegas, part 18: The Ownership Cycle

So, its been 6 months since I last did anything with this LP. I'm not sure I can attribute the lack of updating to anything but my own laziness. I kept finding different things to distract me, whether it be AAA games, online chat, or silly Gameboy Advance games I'd completed before and wanted to replay for nostalgia or something. In the meantime, playing more of a fallout game I'd completed once and didn't have the scope of Skyrim seemed an odd thought, even though the guilt gnawed at me on many an occassion.

But, I think I've finally come full circle, and decided to try this whole thing again. I hope you'll still stick with me, and see if we can make this thing go anywhere.

New Vegas, Part 17: A classy lady with unclassy problem solving techniques.

Welcome back, friends, as I embark once more on an adventure in the story of Latooni Subota, a young woman who's fancy on the outside, but ugly on the inside. I apologise once more for taking several months out to do the exact same thing in the prequel to this game, it just seemed like the thing to do.

What I've been doing instead of my LP

Mainly? Playing Fallout 3 again, this time with two mods: Fallout Wanderers Edition to up the damage of weapons, add the need to sleep and eat, make healing harder, add a bunch of new items, and generally make the game a grittier and more involving experience; and Martigens Mutant Mod, which adds a bunch of new monsters, adds variety to the existing monsters, and delevels the spawns so you can be fighting Super Mutant Behemoths and Deathclaws by level 5. Its like playing a new game at times, and I'm taking the oppurtunity to explore the Capitol Wasteland in depth, going to every location to experience the game without the pressures of the main storyline or the other quests. I only do quests to get loot or challenge myself, I don't feel pressured to do them just because (and frankly with the mods? Sometimes wandering the wastes can be even more challenging than the scripted layout of most of the quest locations.).

Other than that? Playing another Super Robot Wars game, this time only with a menu translation so 90% of the text is just gibberish and I just have to guess at whats happening from the icons flying around the map. It was one of the harder and more frustrating ones, so it took longer to play through despite its small stage count, but it was strangely satisfiying to work with these under-powered units against the enemy.

I'll get back to New Vegas soon. One more super mutant camp....One more abandoned vault....

Memoirs of a New Vegas Bitch, Part 16

This update starts with some hilarity and then descends into wordswordswordswordswordswordswordswordswordswordswords. So I won't feel insulted if you skip over most of it, but I felt I had to give the 'full deal'. This is one of the more annoying parts of the game, so at least the tone isn't inconsistent.

Memoirs of a New Vegas Bitch, Part 15

This session wasn't the most productive, but it was kinda cathartic, and I'd like to think it resulted in us seeing some useful possibilities if nothing else.

Memoirs of a New Vegas Bitch, Part 14

Fallout is designed in an old-school style, where multiple ways to deal with a situation are both implemented and expected. However, this can sometimes clash with modern design sensibilities, where scripting is considered quite important to make things run smoothly. The result is situations that can go wildly off script, yet still work out in the end.

Apologies if theres any problems with the images, I had to use something other than Steams hosting because I messed up.
